Growth is not just about expansion — it's about deepening our impact. Ensuring that every man who walks through our doors is met with stability, accountability, and a clear pathway forward.
"Each phase moves us closer to a future where freedom is not temporary — it is sustainable, structured, and supported."
As Breaking Bonds continues to grow, so does our responsibility to create more space, stronger structure, and greater opportunity for men to heal, lead, and transition into lasting freedom.
Our next three phases of development are intentionally designed to strengthen our program foundation, expand our capacity, and build long-term sustainability. Every step forward creates another opportunity for a man to rebuild his life with dignity, purpose, and hope.
Phase 1 centers on constructing a dedicated staff house — a critical step toward long-term sustainability and healthy leadership at Breaking Bonds.
Currently, many of our leaders carry the weight of 24/7 live-in responsibilities. While this level of commitment reflects deep dedication, it is both demanding and unsustainable over time. Establishing a staff house will create a healthier structure that strengthens both our team and our residents.
A dedicated staff house will:
By expanding capacity, Breaking Bonds will grow from 24 to 36 beds — increasing our ability to serve more men seeking freedom from addiction and other life-controlling struggles.
This phase is not just about adding space. It is about building sustainability, developing leaders, and extending hope to more men ready for transformation.
As our program continues to grow and capacity increases, so must the spaces where life and transformation happen. Phase 2 includes the construction of a new Fellowship Hall — intentionally designed to support the daily rhythms and relational needs of the ministry.
The Fellowship Hall will provide:
More than just a building, this space will become the heartbeat of daily life at Breaking Bonds — a place where men grow together, eat together, pray together, and build the relationships that support lifelong transformation.
Transitional living has consistently been one of the strongest contributors to long-term success in recovery. While we currently partner with off-campus transition homes for men after graduation, Phase 3 represents something new — and deeply intentional.
This future on-campus transition house will become the third and final phase of the Breaking Bonds structured recovery program before graduation. Our prayerful vision is to develop a 9-month program model:
Rather than moving directly from intensive structure into full independence, residents will step into a guided transition season — gradually increasing responsibility, leadership, accountability, and real-world application while still remaining under the covering and support of the Breaking Bonds community.
This on-site transition house will serve as a bridge — a transition into transition. Our goal is not simply program completion. Our goal is lasting stability.
Floor plans and renderings for Phase 3 coming soon as this phase moves into planning.
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord — plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."Jeremiah 29:11
This vision will be built one phase at a time, starting with Phase 1: the Staff House. Donations and partnerships are vital to bringing these projects to life.
